"Africa & America"

Earlier, a close friend of mine had a lot to say about the US military being in Africa.  His concerns were understood and this is what he had to say: 

"So can we address the fact our military is over there trying to impose their will upon this people who just asking for their due.. this is why we don't stand..!!! Americans the fucking terrorist, but let's talk about this lame ass Nike shit where nobody's losing there life, and some will say " oh I'm not african guess what dummy , they call you African-American for a reason so u won't identify with your bothers and lend them the hand they most desperate need, instead we bark and argue about the simplest shit, we have the ability and economic freedom they don't have, they have the consciousness freedom fighter we seem to lack.. how can u not see the need to tie our struggles in together to make our black culture righteous again we are not separate, but we keep failing because we think we are. shit these European countries do and inflect all this injustice upon the mother land and the nigga in their country don't bat an eye...this is what we need to build around our own economic stability through educating the youth with trades not the debt trap of colleges. so that they can enter into there own job field instead of competing with the rest of America and create business around a commune and establish a grounds for a new economic independence, so we can then go invest in Africa where at lest it will truly be ours and not subjected to the destruction that all black walls streets have meet in the European system... we need to build black commune with economic independence around American thus giving us the ability for political independence, giving us a truly powerful voice.. trades, businesses, buying land, creating resources, growing our own food, disuniting from being a second class citizens and making our own way .... we must pick up where Malcolm X left and make connections with our brothers and sisters in all countries, because once we do then they'll have to listen because we in power on one accord in all of they're backyards.. also establishing a return back to african to invest and help unite our home so we can have our land back and stop being killing over asking for equality here."

In Response To Muizz:

Was just talking about this to our Uber driver last week.......I believe that it would be beneficial for us as African Americans to visit our Motherland just so we can grasp what we have lost and continue to lose from generation to generation. As long as we continue to dismiss the life of our Ancestors.......we will get further and further behind. The military may or may not have a real motive for being over there (we won't know the real deal) and we need to make sure that what they portray in certain areas are facts. Mostly what is given to us on tv is only specific areas and of people (tribes) who have held on to their history by the way they live. The military should not be invasive at all. There are other areas of Africa that flourish as if it was New York City. These areas, in my opinion, are more Americanized/commercialized for the tourists ya know. There are millionaires that never went to college.....hell there are millionaires who didn't make it out of elementary/middle school but what they understood was how to use a craft that turned into having their own business. College does make you look better on paper.....especially with all the initials after your name. You know it would be a great thing to be able to snap a finger and make everyone visualize what's going on around us but that will only happen when those that are still sleeping......finally Wake Up and realize that anger is deeply rooted, suppression is deeply rooted, division is deeply rooted........we are a work in progress and we need each other to raise consciousness!!
