"SWAG......What You Got On?"

 I was washing clothes at the laundromat earlier during the week and noticed a young man taking a walk.  He went into the shop next door to get some change and then came to the laundromat to get quarters.  I was sitting in my car when he came back outside with the soda that he purchased........and couldn't help myself ya'll.  I just had to compliment his outfit!  He was too cute with his black flip flops & orange sweatsuit.  The young man's hair had been straightened and was curled with a curling iron.  

When it comes down to fashion, you have to be comfortable in your own skin.  Chloe and Halle blew me away with their sheer gowns that they wore at the VMAs!  I love to see lace and crochet......hell......anything that's grown, sexy and free!!  It's comforting to see a young King/Queen loving themselves and representing it through the clothes they wear.

Now hear me when I say this though..............

Be comfortable & self-confident but be mindful of how you appear to others as well (in certain situations that is...).  Know that businesses and employers love to see a nicely groomed & well dressed individual who can keep it real and pronounce their words correctly.  Advice from an HR perspective:  Look Nice, Smell Good & Speak Properly (talk that "jive" when you get home **smile**)
